Draft · have a lawyer review before launch
Privacy policy

What we collect
- Photos and profile text you submit for an AI review. They are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce your review and are not saved on our servers. Anthropic processes them under its commercial terms; check its current data-retention policy and link it here.
- The free score. It runs in your browser. Your draft (including resized photos) is kept in your browser tab's session storage until you close the tab.
- Your account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk (Google or email). We keep your email address and an account ID to give you one free report every 30 days. We also keep the text of your latest free report (scores, notes and your prompt answers, never your photos) for up to 90 days so you can reopen it on any device. We only send you marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time.
- Your match log. If you use it, we store what you enter (dates, which photo or prompt a match liked, how the conversation went, optionally the ethnicity a match lists on their profile, and an optional private note) under your account. We don't collect names, photos or anything that identifies your matches. Notes and ethnicity are never sent to the AI; ethnicity is only shown back to you as a tally. You can delete single entries or your whole log at any time.
- Purchases. Stripe processes payments. We never see your full card number. We store an access code and how many reviews you have left.
- Abuse prevention. A random device cookie and your IP address are used to limit free reviews. IP-based counters expire after two days.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, connect to your dating app accounts, post anything on your behalf, or use your photos to train AI.
